Mike founded the ML Community Impact Alliance to create a sustainable framework for community support, coordinating events, managing donations, and enhancing local quality of life. The Alliance promotes charitable causes and volunteer initiatives, aiming to make Kosciusko County a stronger, more connected, and compassionate community.

Niki Miller has been a devoted member of the Claypool community since 1985. She served on the Claypool Town Council from 1996 to 2005 and again from 2012 to 2019, with a role as Clerk-Treasurer from 2005 to 2007. Niki has worked with Louis Dreyfus Company since 2007, contributing to the grand opening of their Claypool facility. She values local traditions, participating in the Country Christmas production, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

Paula Bowman’s background includes 40+ years of interior design, owner of Kaleidoscope Interiors. Her experience includes 27 years as the owner of Courthouse Coffee/Latte Lounge, 12 years as a downtown event liaison for First Friday, 20 years with a community choir, and 20 years as a wedding coordinator. She loves showcasing our beautiful community and the people in it.

Michael D. Wilson MDI, serving 50 years in emergency services as Firefighter, Fire Marshal, Fire Chief Emeritus of Warsaw Wayne Fire Territory, past Coroner and Deputy Coroner, currently Building Commissioner and Patrolman for Town of Winona Lake. Married to Tracy Wilson a Paramedic with Parkview and lives in Leesburg, where they enjoy running 4Life FoxFarm a home for orphaned wildlife and exotic animals.

Sandy Hatcher is a dedicated member of the World Compassion Network, a global disaster relief ministry, where she plays a key role in meaningful humanitarian initiatives. In addition, she enjoys assisting individuals in buying and selling their homes as a licensed real estate agent. Sandy excels in marketing, organization, and fostering connections among people.
